RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS
It goes beautifully with spaghetti alla chitarra, roast lamb and sliced beef. Excellent with aged cheeses.
COLOR
Intense ruby red with violet reflections.
PERFUME
A wine with a mature and intense bouquet, it expresses notes of bitter in spirit, of dark chocolate, followed by slight nuances of vanilla and leather.
TASTE
The body, intense and persistent, has a thick tannin, with a very fine grain and which gives a great length to the sip. Complex and elegant retro-olfactory sensation. This wine produced in limited numbers is dedicated to the founder Don Vincenzo Pizzica.
The point of reference always remains the enhancement of the vines, such as Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOP, which have made the history of Abruzzo winemaking and which have finally managed to obtain the esteem and interest of national and foreign markets. But once again the real revelation is represented by the surprising Pecorino, which can also be enjoyed on its own and is increasingly trendy.
